Examination Management
Our examination management software is used to ensure safety and security on all the major airports in the Netherlands including Schiphol and Rotterdam Airport. By training and testing the employees on their knowledge of safety and security legislation, they will be better prepaired for emergencies. The software makes this possible by makings tests on paper, at home or work computers or on a tablet device (iPad).

The application will track the students progress through multiple tests and is able to show management reports of individual or group progress.

De-icing Schiphol Airport
In cold weather conditions, airplanes need to be de-iced before taking off. Due to environmental regulations, the dispensed as well as the collected chemical liquids need to be accounted for. Multiple airport handler companies use this application to request a de-icing, and when finished fill in their dispensed chemicals. De-icing will begin after the airside officer notices and approves the request. All data will be available for management reports. This will allow the handlers to have custom reports of how much of every liquid they have used. The airport can use the data for better cleanup of the chemicals and preservation of clean surface water.

Not only should the airport officer have the possibility to approve requests behind his desk, but also when driving around airside. Therefore we have developed a mobile application for the iPad which will be mounted in a couple of vehicles. This will allow the officer to control the requests just like on a desktop computer, but with a special interface that makes full use of the touch screen.

Luchthavens.org (Regional Airports) The NVL is a voluntary association of airports in the Netherlands. By combining their knowledge, small and larger airports can learn from each other on many different levels. Not only has LTF Solutions designed a website with content management system where NVL administrators can easily edit page contents. But a complete members portal as well. Within this portal airport management can access the meeting documentation, discuss on articles and upload images and documents.

Water Quality Control
In a collaboration with Schiphol Airport and the Rijnland District Water Control Board we have developed an application to monitor water pollution in North Holland. Information from automatic and labaratoric water samples come together and can be analysed in graphs and tables. The data will be used to make a decision on controlling one or more pumping stations or dams. This way a good quality of open water for recreation, watering cattle and as a habitat for plants and animals can be ensured.
